— Full Platform Agreement

01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" / "ab9999" means the online casino and sports betting website operated at ab9999.lat, including all games, services, features, and tools accessible through that domain.
• "Account" means the individual user account registered by a Player on ab9999, used to access games, manage funds, and interact with all platform features.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an account on ab9999 or who accesses or uses the platform in any capacity.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spin credits, or match deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account by ab9999 under any promotional offer.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player from their own PKR balance via an approved payment method such as JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or USDT.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total sum a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the applicable promotion's terms.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual who is under 21 years of age, employed by ab9999 or its affiliates, or otherwise excluded from using the platform pursuant to these Terms or applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on ab9999, by logging in, or by using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in full. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules that govern individual games, promotions, or features available on the ab9999 platform.

ab9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the platform will endeavour to notify registered Players via email or on-platform notification. Continued use of ab9999 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

03 Eligibility and Registration

Access to the ab9999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of account holding:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ab9999 enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all account types. CNIC verification is required during registration and may be requested again at any time during the account lifecycle.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee of ab9999 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from the ab9999 platform or from gambling generally under any active self-exclusion arrangement.
• You must provide accurate and truthful registration information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Each individual may register only one ab9999 account. Duplicate registrations are detected through device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and CNIC verification.

ab9999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Verification of identity and age may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

04 Account Rules

Once registered, Players are responsible for all activity that takes place under their ab9999 account. The following account rules apply at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ab9999 login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account access with any third party, including family members. All bets and transactions placed via your account are your personal responsibility.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ab9999 support immediately via live chat. ab9999 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.
• ab9999 accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to another individual.
• Playing from multiple accounts, or benefiting from another Player's account in connection with promotions, constitutes bonus abuse and grounds for account termination.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ab9999 are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) unless otherwise stated. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit on ab9999 is PKR 100. This threshold applies across all supported payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT (TRC-20).
• ab9999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are outside ab9999's control and are the Player's responsibility.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by ab9999's finance team.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and source-of-funds verification. ab9999 may request supporting documentation before releasing withdrawal payments in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
• ab9999 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests where active bonus wagering requirements have not been fulfilled, or where the account is under investigation for fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Estimated processing times are: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — under one hour; HBL and UBL — under three hours; Meezan Bank — under four hours; USDT — under thirty minutes. These are estimates and may be exceeded during periods of high transaction volume.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

ab9999 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at lower rates as specified in the promotion terms.
• ab9999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its discretion. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-offer, Players who have accepted the offer and begun wagering will not be retrospectively disadvantaged.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses on ab9999 are available to new Players only, on their first qualifying deposit. Players who have previously held an ab9999 account are not eligible for new Player offers.

07 Game Rules and Betting

All games offered on ab9999 are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and the general terms set out here. The following applies to all game play and betting activity on the platform:

• All non-live casino games on ab9999 operate on independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game outcomes are mathematically random, and no modification to outcomes is possible.
• Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes during any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or client-side failure — ab9999's internal game logs serve as the definitive record. Incomplete rounds are either cancelled with a full refund of the stake or completed based on game state at the point of disconnection, depending on the game provider's resolution protocol.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ab9999 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false registration information, including age misrepresentation or use of another person's identity documents.
• Creating or using more than one ab9999 account for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any funds obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in live dealer or multiplayer game formats.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the platform to process proceeds of crime. ab9999 will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in relation to any such activity.

09 Responsible Gaming

ab9999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms:

• All ab9999 accounts include a responsible gaming dashboard accessible directly from the player interface. Players can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods without contacting support.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted through the ab9999 platform take effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is suspended and no deposits, bets, or logins are possible.

Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any intellectual property rights in the ab9999 platform.

• Players may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any content on ab9999 without prior written authorisation.
• Game content is licensed to ab9999 by third-party game providers and is protected by their respective intellectual property rights independently of ab9999's own rights.
• Unauthorised commercial use of the ab9999 brand name, logo, or any platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11 Privacy and Data

ab9999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and identity verification is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform experience.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ab9999's liability to any Player is limited as follows:

• ab9999 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruptions.
• ab9999's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any dispute shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ab9999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server downtime, or third-party payment provider failures.
• ab9999 is not liable for losses incurred by a Player as a result of the Player's own failure to secure their login credentials or as a result of accessing the platform from an unsecured network.

13 Account Suspension and Termination

ab9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or providing false registration information.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account in connection with criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the timeframe specified by ab9999's compliance team.
• At the Player's own request, including where the Player submits a self-exclusion request through the responsible gaming dashboard.

Where an account is suspended due to a breach of these Terms, ab9999 may withhold account balances pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full. Legitimate balances in non-breaching suspended accounts will be returned to the Player by the same method as the most recent deposit, following completion of any required verification process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ab9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

Where amendments materially affect a Player's rights or obligations, ab9999 will endeavour to provide advance notice by email to the registered address or by a prominent on-platform notification. 15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under ab9999's international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to account closure, withheld funds, or alleged breach, shall first be submitted to ab9999's internal dispute resolution process.
